Terms for Contributors

Thank you for your interest in contributing to ProjectFixes ("we," "our," or "us"). By submitting your article, you ("the Contributor") agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Originality of Content

• All submissions must be the original work of the Contributor.
• Articles must not have been previously published elsewhere, either online or offline.
• Plagiarism, AI-generated spam content, or copyright infringement will result in rejection.

2. Rights & License

The Contributor retains copyright ownership of their work. By submitting, the Contributor grants ProjectFixes a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Edit, adapt, and format the content for clarity, grammar, SEO, and style.
• Publish the content on our website and affiliated platforms (social media, newsletters, etc.).
• Distribute and archive the content for promotional purposes.

3. Editorial Rights

• We reserve the right to edit, shorten, or reject submissions without prior notice.
• We may modify titles, headings, and formatting for better readability and SEO.
• Submissions may be published at a time and date decided by our editorial team.

4. Contributor Responsibilities

• Contributors are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of facts, references, and claims in their work.
• If images or external media are used, Contributors must ensure they are copyright-free or properly licensed.
• Contributors must not submit content that is defamatory, discriminatory, or unlawful.

5. Attribution & Author Profile

• Credit will be given to the Contributor with their name and a short bio (up to 100 words).
• A link to the Contributor's website, LinkedIn, or social profile may be included, subject to editorial discretion.
• Promotional backlinks, affiliate links, or keyword stuffing are not allowed unless pre-approved.

6. Compensation

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, contributions are on a voluntary/unpaid basis. If compensation is agreed upon, it will be specified in a separate written agreement.

7. Content Removal

• We reserve the right to remove published content at any time if it violates guidelines.
• Content may be removed if it contains outdated, harmful, or misleading information.
• Contributors may request removal, subject to editorial approval.

8. Confidentiality & Data Use

Contributor details (name, email, etc.) will be used solely for editorial communication. We will never sell, rent, or misuse Contributor data.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mohali, Punjab, India.

10. Agreement

By submitting an article via our submission form, the Contributor acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
